Every agent, registration, document and milestone in one audit trail. Registration, agent-of-record and controlled content run in the system today; the rest of the record is kept by the desk while those parts are built. Underneath it, project pages, lead capture and CRM sync, so a buyer who registers on the website lands in the same record as one an agent brought in. Buyer conversations happen with licensed agents; the system routes and keeps the record.
