Privacy
Presaledesk Inc. (“Presaledesk”, “we”, “us”) administers the co-operating agent channel for pre-construction builders in the Greater Toronto Area. Presaledesk keeps the record; listing and sale are handled by Realtors Collective, Century 21 Leading Edge Realty Inc., Brokerage. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through presaledesk.ca, in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect what you provide: your name, company, and an email address, a phone number, or both, whichever you would rather be reached on. We ask for business contact details, not personal ones.
If you tick the box, we also record that you have consented to receive updates, along with the date and wording you agreed to. We keep that record as proof of consent, which Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation requires us to hold.
Our host records standard server request data (IP address, browser user-agent, the page requested, and a timestamp) to serve the site and keep it secure. We do not connect that to form submissions.
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
Cookies and analytics
We use two analytics tools to understand how the site is used:
- Google Analytics 4: standard usage data such as pages viewed, referring site, and approximate location derived from your IP address, which we ask Google to truncate.
- Microsoft Clarity: anonymized session interactions (clicks, scrolling and mouse movement) used to build heatmaps and session replays showing how the site is used.
Both set cookies on your device to tell one visit from another. Neither is used for advertising, and we do not combine what they collect with what you send us through the contact form.
Clarity never records what you type. Every form field is masked, so recordings show that a field was filled in, not the name, company, role or email you entered.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we detect it and no analytics load at all. You can also switch them off here, on this device and browser:
What we don’t do
No advertising pixels, no retargeting, no cross-site tracking, and no data brokers. We do not sell your personal information.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry.
- To assess whether Presaledesk can work with your project.
- To keep a record of the conversation if an engagement follows.
- With your consent, to send you occasional updates about new project opportunities and how the desk operates.
Submitting the form is your consent to that use. We will not use it for anything else without asking you first.
How it is stored and shared
Enquiries are shared with Realtors Collective (Century 21 Leading Edge Realty Inc., Brokerage) where an engagement proceeds and the listing side becomes involved, for the purposes described above.
The service providers that process this information on our behalf are Vercel (website hosting) Supabase (the database your enquiry is stored in), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (Turnstile, which checks that the form is being filled in by a person rather than a script), Google (Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity). Some of these providers process data in the United States.
Retention
We keep your enquiry so we can pick the conversation up again later. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless we are in an active engagement with you or your company, in which case we keep what that engagement and any legal or regulatory obligation requires.
Where you have consented to updates, we keep your contact details and the consent record until you unsubscribe, and the consent record itself for three years after that, as CASL contemplates.
Analytics data is retained by Google and Microsoft on their own schedules: Clarity recordings for 30 days, and Google Analytics data for up to 14 months.
Updates and marketing
We only send updates to people who have ticked the consent box. Filling in the form on its own does not add you to anything. The box is unticked by default and submitting without it means you hear from us about your enquiry and nothing else.
If you do consent, we may add you to a contact management system and send occasional email about new project opportunities and how the desk operates. Every message carries a working unsubscribe link, and identifies us as required by Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You can withdraw consent at any time, by unsubscribing or by writing to us.
Your rights
- Access. Ask what personal information we hold about you and how it has been used.
- Correction. Ask us to fix anything inaccurate or incomplete.
- Withdrawal. Withdraw your consent and ask us to delete your enquiry, subject to any legal obligation to retain it.
- Complaint. If our answer doesn’t satisfy you, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
We respond within 30 days, as PIPEDA requires.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS. Access to enquiries is limited to the people at Presaledesk who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we don’t claim otherwise.
